Active Duty Registration

This form is for active duty service people who would like to join Veterans For Peace.

All members of the US Armed Forces on active duty who wish to join Veterans For Peace can join for free. No membership dues are required as long as you are active duty. If you are active duty and would like to join VFP, please fill out the following form. We will also follow up with you to see if there is anything that we can do to assist you.

To ensure that we stay a veteran run organization, we request that all members submit a copy of their military discharge (DD-214) or other form of acceptable documentation for verification and filing.
