More Cell Towers in Yellowstone?

Dear Supporter,

When surveyed, 91% of national park visitors say they go to parks to enjoy natural sounds. Visitors-like these at Old Faithful-should be able to experience the geyser without hearing the ringing of cell phones.

Help ensure that Yellowstone's wireless communications plan is developed intelligently and responsibly, with special emphasis on protecting the unique visitor experience and natural quiet in Yellowstone that visitors have come to expect. Guiding communication services to those limited areas where it is most appropriate and will have the least impact on visitor experience will ensure Yellowstone continues to be a place of solace and natural quiet.

A survey of national park visitors found that 91% of visitors go to parks to enjoy natural sounds. As such, every effort should be made to ensure visitors can enjoy Yellowstone's splashing geysers, trickling streams and bugling elk without being interrupted by cell phones.

Please take a moment to urge the Park Service to focus on protecting Yellowstone's unique visitor experience - not building more towers and expanding cell coverage.
