• Unlimited calls for an affordable flat rate
• Freeze Lifeline rates for the most vulnerable Californians
• Freeze basic service rates at their current levels
• Make complaints about companies public so that consumers can make informed decisions in a ‘competitive’ marketplace
• Hold the CPUC accountable to its legal obligation to ensure that rates are “just and reasonable”
