90% of the victims of armed conflict are civilians - people like you and me who are caught in crossfire (in Iraq, Afghanistan and all over the world), but who have precious few resources to help them pick up the pieces.

Please join me in supporting the work of CIVIC, which advocates on behalf of and raises resources for war victims.

A small organization with a modest budget, CIVIC already has a big voice. CIVIC does not argue for or against an armed conflict, but plays a nonpartisan role to ensure that funding and policies are in place to assist civilians whose lives hang in the balance. It is already working with U.S. armed forces, Congress and NATO, and is seeking to engage the UN to establish new norms for international conflict.

CIVIC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and your contributions to its work are tax-deductible in the U.S.
