Life begins with the seed…
The origins of life itself begin with the Seed. In each is contained the secrets to living in harmony with the rest of species. How different would our human societies, economies, and structures of law look as part of a connected, Earth-centered community?
Join me and Dr. Vandana Shiva this November on a Global Exchange Reality Tour to India: Rights of Nature with Dr. Vandana Shiva.
Back in May, we first invited you on this exciting delegation, and since then we have updated our itinerary and even reduced the price.
On this trip, participants will have a unique opportunity to explore Rights of Nature in the context of India’s sacred seed saving work, Gandhian legacy, Mother Teresa’s Ashram, Agra, Fair Trade cooperatives and more!
This trip was born from an invitation by Dr. Vandana Shiva herself, a pioneer in the ecological sustainability movement, environmental activist, founder of the Navdanya Institute, and co-author of the book, The Rights of Nature: The Case for a Universal Declaration on the Rights of Mother Earth.
The itinerary includes spending four days with her on the farm in Dehradun and cooking a meal of ancient “forgotten foods” together, participating in a sacred water ceremony on the banks of the Ganges, visiting seed banks and more. Hear Vandana describe the trip herself:

I’m looking forward to co-leading this trip with Vandana Shiva November 1st - 11th, 2012. It is surely going to be one of those special journeys you will remember all of your life, recall often, and know it was a once in a lifetime opportunity.
Please join me and sign up now!
Sincerely,
