This October, a small group of passionate and engaged women will travel to Cuba with the Restorative Leadership Institute to explore how our actions and inactions in daily life and leadership can heal and transform our world.

The retreat draws on the Restorative Leadership Institute’s curriculum, which explores how we have the opportunity to witness the fulfillment of our human potential through individual and collective action.

Participants of the retreat will visit thriving urban organic farms that feed and beautify Cuba’s cities, discover magnificent coral reefs and cloud forests, and take time to appreciate art and music that reflect the cultural spirit of Cuban life.
