Tell Harry Winston to stop using dirty gold!

A laggard bejewels the stars
In just a few days, Hollywood’s celebrities will gather in L.A. for the Oscars. Many of the red-carpet stars will be outfitted in Harry Winston jewelry. Past Winston-wearers include Halle Berry, Angelina Jolie, Susan Sarandon, Renee Zellweger and Queen Latifah.

The Oscar

Stars don’t shine wearing "dirty" gold
Unfortunately, the jeweler to the stars has yet to commit to sourcing its gold and precious metals from cleaner sources. Already, 28 major jewelers, including Tiffany & Co., Cartier, and Piaget, have signed on to the Golden Rules criteria for more responsible metals sourcing. So why is Harry Winston lagging behind?

Urge Harry Winston to do the right thing!
We’ve tried to get Harry Winston on board through letters, phone calls and in-person meetings. Now, we need your help to nudge them in the right direction. Please take action!

Take Action
Please urge Harry Winston's CEO and Chairman of the Board to sign on to the Golden Rules. Let them know that you care about the destructive impacts that irresponsible mining can have on people and the environment.

INSTRUCTIONS:
