NOW-NJ is an all volunteer organization that does not accept grants or state funding. We exist solely on the generousity of our membership. This page will walk you through becoming a member.

NOWNJ wants to provide our members with as many options as possible in order to make sure that define their membership experience.

Choose from the following options below to customize your membership

Manage your Chapter Membership: At no extra cost, all our new members are invited to affiliate with a chapter. This means that you will recieve more information about local events, politics, actions and issues, and a portion of your membership will be allocated to that local chapter for local organizing.

Managing Your Privacy Options: While NOWNJ will never share or exchange your name in any way, we must send your information to National NOW in order to fully process your membership. Like most non-profit membership organizations, National NOW obtains the names of potential new members by renting the membership lists or subscriber lists of like-minded organizations and publications. Sometimes, instead of paying the rental fee, NOW exchanges its list of members for the other organization's list, for a one-time use. So, by receiving mail from other groups, you are actually making a contribution to NOW's growth! However, you can check the box below to request that National NOW not share your name.

Payment Information:

NOWNJ practices economic sensitivity in determining membership dues. Our dues are sliding scale starting at $10. Our standard membership is $35 dollars.
