TAKE THE EXTREME POKER CHALLENGE!

A banking reform bill passed the House in December, now the action moves to the Senate. It's time to tell Congress to put and end to "Taxpayer Hold 'Em" and bottomless bailouts by breaking up the "too big to fail" banks and shrinking them down to size!

Sign the petition, and while you are at it, tell us what games you think the Banksters are playing.

PETITION LANGUAGE

Dear Senator,

Reckless Wall Street gambling and crooked double-dealing has collapsed our economy. Taxpayers have shelled out trillions to bailout the financial system. As a consequence, the big banks are enjoying record profits and bonuses, but the American people are still suffering record unemployment and foreclosures.

We can't afford to continue this game of Taxpayer Hold 'Em. To put an end to bailouts once and for all, we need to put an end to "too big to fail" banks and financial institutions.

The best way to do this is to cap the size of "too big to fail" banks to break up the ones that exist now and prevent others from growing too large in the future. We also need to rein in reckless trading of risky financial instruments, restore depression-era Glass-Steagall protections against Wall Street gambling and create a strong, independent Consumer Financial Protection Agency (CFPA).

Sincerely,
