A Green For All Stimulus

Congress and the President are scrambling to pass a stimulus package, to jump-start the economy. Bush is calling for more corporate tax breaks and rebates for the rich—a false and short-term approach that's not only economically flawed, it's morally wrong. These are old ideas for big problems. There's over $150 Billion at stake here. We must create an economic stimulus package that seize a portion for sustainable economic policy to put the nation's working poor on a just and green pathway out of poverty.

The time has come. Demand a Green For All stimulus package that creates new jobs that build a green economy strong enough to lift people out of poverty. Congress is moving FAST on this, so we need to move FASTER.
