Stop U-Turns to Make the Pennsylvania Avenue Lanes Safer

WABA has determined that the lack of enforcement against U-turning motorists is largely based on an interpretation that current law does not make U-turns across the cycletrack illegal.

I support changing the law to make this cycletrack (and cycletracks and bike lanes throughout the District) safer.
