Tell President Obama to Pardon WikiLeaks Whistleblower Bradley Manning!
We believe that without the efforts of people like Bradley Manning who risk prosecution to show the truth, the information we need to hold our government accountable may never be made public. WikiLeaks' founder says that the latest leak reveals "evidence of war crimes." Yet just after the WikiLeaks release, Congress approved another $37 billion for the war in Afghanistan. No soldiers involved in the videotaped killings of civilians have faced charges. No top-level officials in the Bush and Obama administrations have been held accountable, or even investigated, for their roles in potential war crimes. But whistleblower Bradley Manning sits in jail in Kuwait.

| 1238 | April 28, 2011 | Gretchen Light | Get Bradley Manning out of solitary confinement and out of jail. This is atrocious. Seeing that your office has left him to be tortured without even trial makes me seriously doubt my volunteering and vote for you at the last election. If this does not end, you can bet I will be volunteering in someone else's campaign in the next round. |
| 1237 | April 25, 2011 | Jon Spinac | President Obama,
We are calling on you to: - Investigate the war crimes evidence revealed by WikiLeaks. - Pardon Bradley Manning. He deserves to come home with the rest of the troops in Iraq at the end of August. It is time to show true leadership by upholding the values of human rights and international law instead of opposing justice and accountability. |
| 1236 | April 11, 2011 | Anonymous | Under President Obama, PFC Manning is in the Stockage for releasing a Video of a War Crime. My late wife was butchered like a Pig at BAMC, the Commander allowed Doctor to retire during a FTCA investigation. Now! that Commander is heading to WRAMC. What have we become the New Roman /Nazis Empire? Today the USA talks the talk But! has forgotten the walk

| 1235 | April 08, 2011 | Montreville Blakely | I want to read this: President Barack Obama Pardons Bradly Manning with a Full Honorable Discharge
I want to also comment on our President: He took office to create Good Change in favor of a government reflecting American Interest/ not just his own position as president. Both Barack and Michelle Obama have taken time in www.change.org and www.serve.gov as to include communities and petitioners at his Table of Leadership. Real-Time is the Issue. If You President Barack Obama cannot "Pardon a Good Soldier", then I cannot and will not vote for you, and I will do everything in my freedom to make sure everyone knows this event. Mr./ President Barack Obama-- I voted you into office to Prevail in Justice and Green Energy... I am beginning to have my doubts as to your intentions. Either you are a man of your words, or you are not. I will take off my Warning of Voters' Intention after I see or hear a Result of the above mentioned completed. The Running of Office is BIG NEWS... and SOCIAL MEDIA can MAKE or BRAKE Anyone... Actions Speak Louder Than Words... Please forgive my shouting out about this, But- I voted for you to do a job the others have not completed in real-time/ Good Faith, as they lacked the Audacity of Hope- and I read your books+ On the other hand, if President Barack Obama shifts in and towards a Good Sense of Justice and Green Energy, along with Pardoning a "GOOD SOLDIER"/ Bradly Manning... and PARDON Him-- He will be my Re-Elected President Barack Obama in 2012. I too realize how hard Politics Plays Out. The reason I did not vote for John McCain, was as a result of his heinous crimes spelled out by our eye witness veterans/ POW Veterans. He was pardoned because other Honorable Veterans within his family Sir Name/ McCain could not bare his shame. When you compare Bradly Manning to John McCain, you can see for yourself. My vote awaits your action/ ASAP |

Private Bradley Manning, a 22 year old intelligence analyst with the US Army, stands accused of disclosing a classified video of American troops shooting civilians from an Apache helicopter. New evidence links Manning to the Afghan War Logs posted on WikiLeaks this week. He faces up to 52 years in jail. The whistleblower behind the Vietnam era’s Pentagon Papers, Daniel Ellsberg, has called Mr. Manning a “hero”.
