Luis Posada Carriles is a ruthless terrorist responsible for the downing of a Cuban airplane in 1976 that killed 73 people. He bragged in the New York Times about his role in the bombing of hotels in Havana that left an Italian tourist dead and many wounded. Despite these acts of terror, Posada is living openly in Miami.
