MD to O'Malley: We want full disclosure

Governor O’Malley inherited a big problem when he took office. Maryland State Police engaged in covert surveillance of local peace and anti-death penalty groups for over a year from 2005-2006. It’s time for him to take the reins on this issue and direct the MD State Police to respect the rights of his constituents.
