meet the needs of displaced people in sudan

 
While the Obama Administration has announced a plan for peace in Sudan, there still needs to be a greater focus on:

 - Access for international aid programs and gender-based violence programs in Darfur;
 - Protection of civilians;
 - Prioritization of basic services and security for people returning home from years in exile;
 - Contingency planning in case of instability around the 2011 referendum on independence for south Sudan.

Tell President Obama that 2010 is a critical year for the peace process
in Sudan and he must do everything he can to ensure that the needs of
displaced people are met.
