If you are having trouble viewing our site, you may need to "clear your cache." In order to do this, go to your 'Control Panel' (in the START menu) and click the 'Internet Options' icon. Under the 'General' tab in this menu, there is a section called 'Temporary Internet Files." Under this section, there should be 3 buttons, 2 of them are labeled 'Delete Cookies' and 'Delete Files' - click both of those buttons. The next section in the 'General' menu is called 'History,' underneath this section there should be one button labeled 'Delete History' - click this button as well.
After "clearing your cache," reload www.philaparks.org and the site should appear as normal. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us at friends@philaparks.org.
