Philadelphia Needs at least 50ft Buffers!

Durring the zoning code reform process the Park Alliance and hundreds of other citizens and organizations urged City Council to protect local waterways by instituting waterway buffer requirements. Enviromental and conservation groups called for 100ft buffers, but we compromised on 50ft buffers. Now some City Council members are trying to reduce that even further! Tell Philadelphia City Council Members that we need comprehensive buffers of at least 50ft to protect all of Philadelphia's waterways!
