UFPJ National Assembly Registration

Thank you for registering for the national assembly of United for Peace and Justice. While anyone is welcome to attend this gathering, only delegates of UFPJ member groups (as of December 1, 2008) may participate in decision-making:

    • 2 delegates per independent local organization or coalition
    • 2 delegates per national organization
    • 1 delegate per local chapter/affiliate of a national group.

Before you register, be sure to read our logistics page for details on registration fees, accommodations and other key information.

You must make your own hotel room reservations. Call the Wyndham Hotel at 800-WYNDHAM or at 847-297-1234. Be sure to tell them you are with United For Peace and Justice to receive the discounted rate of $79.

PLEASE NOTE: A separate registration form must be completed for each person coming to the conference. Also, if you are using a credit card that is not in the name of the person registering, please call the national office to register at 212-868-5545.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES: by phone, 12 noon, December 10; online, 12 noon, December 11. After those deadlines, all registrations must be made on-site.

NOTE: To use this form to register for the assembly, the credit card used must be in the name of the person registering. If you are using a credit card that is in a different name (e.g., your organization's), please call the UFPJ national office at (212) 868-5545 to register.

The registration fee covers all assembly materials and five meals, and helps cover expenses related to the organizing of the assembly. You must contact the hotel directly to reserve your room.
