Tell Conservative MPs on the International Trade Committee that Harper's Canada-China treaty is a NO DEAL!

The Canada-China Foreign Investment Promotion and Protection Act is set to become law on November 1^st. It is the most significant trade treaty since NAFTA and yet Harper wants to enact it quietly without any public debate or parliamentary vote.
