Tell EPA to stop tar sands refinery pollution NOW!

The EPA has the authority under the Clean Air Act to to reduce US refinery use of ‘bitumen blends’ from Canada’s tar sands.

Don't let EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson wait until AFTER the election season to limit refinery use of tar sands bitumen. Political games should not override the health and safety of people living next to these refineries.
