Support Senate Agriculture Committee Chair Tom Harkin’s proposals to invest in conservation, beginning farmer, and rural development programs, and support Senator Byron Dorgan and Senator Chuck Grassley’s legislation that will finally close the loopholes and limit million-dollar farm subsidy payments.
