Support & Strengthen the Safe Chemicals Act

The Safe Chemicals Act of 2010 was introduced to overhaul the nation’s failed chemical law, the Toxic Substances Control Act. WVE has been working with the Safer Chemicals, Healthy Families Coalition to update the law and while we are pleased with the introduction of the bill, we believe there is room for improvement, and with your help we're confident it can be fixed.
