Think Impact works to reduce poverty through its unique model of people-powered global development that focuses on the next generation of leaders. Think Impact believes that poverty is an immensely complicated challenge. Education and health challenges have many correct answers, which are affected by individual cultures, traditions and community-based needs. Think Impact’s Global Development Program offers American college students and recent graduates with a unique opportunity: not just a chance to visit Africa once, but an opportunity to begin a long-term commitment through its internship and fellowship programs. Internship

The Global Development Internship (GDI) aims to provide college students development experience, cultural immersion, and the necessary leadership skills to develop sustainable projects.

Fellowship

The Global Development Fellowship (GDF) allows GDI alumni to maintain a project initiated during their internship and further develop the project.

Where We Work
