Every summer, we point out the "Welcome to Maine" sign to our Middle Eastern and South Asian campers as they approach the final stretch of their long trip to Seeds of Peace's International Camp in Maine.
Once at Camp, we introduce these courageous teens to the idea that Maine is "the way life should be" and that Seeds of Peace is "the way life COULD be" in their respective regions of conflict.
To see a slideshow of the messages already posted on our Welcome Wall at Camp, click here.
Please join us in welcoming our 2010 campers - to Maine, to Camp, and to a network of over 4,000 Seeds already making a difference in their communities.
