"Mutual Strangers" dramatizes the encounters of European sailors and indigenous people in 1609.

Dear Scenic Hudson Member,

I'd like to invite you to join us for a fun and educational performance coming up this Friday evening, Aug. 28,  at Habirshaw Park on the Hudson in Yonkers. As part of our celebrations honoring the 400th anniversary of Henry Hudson's voyage of discovery, Scenic Hudson is sponsoring a free public performance by the Arm-of-the-Sea Theater at Beczak Environmental Education Center. "Mutual Strangers: Henry Hudson & the River that Discovered Him" is an original production set in September 1609 that reimagines Hudson's voyage on the river that now bears his name from multiple points of view. "Mutual Strangers" is designed to engage audiences of many ages and walks of life -- see this page for details.

The show is free, put please RSVP so we know how many people to expect.

I hope we see you there.
