Celebrate the Solstice at "Yoga with a View" in Irvington this Friday morning.

On Friday morning, June 20, you can get your body and mind in shape while celebrating the new season and enjoying glorious Palisades views at our Yoga Summer Solstice Event on the banks of the Hudson in our Scenic Hudson Park at Irvington in Westchester County.

Led by senior teachers from Yogaworks, located in Irvington, the free event will include asana (posture poses), meditation and kirtan (singing and chanting). All equipment will be provided, but we can only accommodate a limited number of people, so please use this link to RSVP today.
