Join Us this Saturday, Nov. 3, for the Annual Mount Beacon Cleanup

Dear Scenic Hudson Member,

Mount Beacon is the dominant feature of our local landscape, providing a backdrop to our lives in this part of the Hudson Valley. And the spectacular views from the mountain's summit have inspired people for centuries.

Each November Scenic Hudson hosts a community cleanup to help keep the mountaintop looking pristine and beautiful. This year's cleanup is scheduled for Saturday morning, Nov. 3, and we need some additional volunteers. Are you free to join Scenic Hudson's Southern Park Ranger Christy Thompson for a guided hike to the summit followed by a few hours of picking up trash and debris? We'll provide gloves, bags and light refreshments.
