It's the Scenic Hudson Parks Festival!

Mark Saturday, Aug. 25, on your calendar for our first-ever PARKS FESTIVAL. Join us for a full day of fun outdoor events as we celebrate the Hudson River and the beauty that it brings into our lives.

Morning: Mount Beacon Bluegrass Breakfast
We're kicking it off with an 8 a.m. ramble to Mount Beacon's lofty summit, where hikers will be treated to live bluegrass music, a light breakfast and stunning panoramic vistas.

Midday: Picnic on the Point
At lunchtime, we're hosting a riverside picnic and fun activities at Esopus Meadows Park.

Afternoon: Lazy, Hazy Family Fun Day
We'll wrap up the day with live music, family games and refreshments at Poets' Walk Park.
