Take full advantage of your lunch break—and our magnificent, newly reopened park—by loosening up with a free yoga class that’s big on river views.  Instruction and all equipment will be provided by Sacred Space Studio of Beacon.

Directions: From Newburgh-Beacon Bridge: 1.8 miles south on Rte. 9D, right on Beekman St., right on Red Flynn Dr. (over railroad tracks), immediate left on Long Dock Rd. Mass transit: The park is a short walk from the Beacon train station and ferry landing.
