National Support Needed for Katrina Survivor Housing

Please Email or Call Your Representative

Low income Gulf Coast residents still need your help. Please call your representative now, even if you don't live in the Gulf Coast.

The full Senate passed their domestic spending supplemental bill yesterday afternoon and the full House vote could come as early as today, Friday, May 23. This bill will allocate almost $150 million dollars to the housing needs of Katrina survivors.

The President has threatened to veto, so it is critical that the House pass the bill with a veto-proof majority of 2/3 of the 435 members.
