In making a planned gift to Wild South, supporters provide a legacy that will protect forests and publicly-owned lands in the Southeast in perpetuity. The rewards of planned giving go beyond tax benefits.  By remembering Wild South in your Will or Trust, it may be possible to make a gift with an even larger impact than is possible during your lifetime. Suggested Language:
I give and bequeath to Wild South, headquartered in Asheville, NC, [all the residue of my estate OR stated percentage of estate OR a stated sum OR a specific asset] real or personal which I own at the time of my death or over which I have power of disposition.  Wild South shall administer said trust estate for the sole benefit of, and in accordance with, the provisions of its Articles of Incorporation and any amendments or additions thereto at any time made.
