Thank you for your interest in becoming an ASA Ambassador. Please complete this online application to be considered for our Ambassador program.

Please consider my application for the ASA Ambassador program. I understand that ASA Ambassadors receive special support and guidance from ASA in our efforts to advocate for safe access to medical marijuana.

I also understand that ASA Ambassador program applicants must commit to the following:

1. Accurately representing ASA and ASA positions when identifying oneself as an ASA Ambassador.
2. Participating in monthly ASA Ambassador conference calls for campaign updates and trainings.
3. Participating in monthly ASA “Ambassador Actions”
4. Making one’s contact information available to other ASA Ambassadors.
5. Not using one’s status as an ASA Ambassador for the promotion of commercial or business pursuits.
