Dear Supporter,

When the 15,000 NATO Summit diplomats arrive,  we will be in Chicago May 18-20 to greet them with the urgency of ending the Afghanistan war now and building just and productive societies.

Through Facebook we have identified 131,000 peace and justice activists within driving distance of the Counter-Summit for Peace & Justice in Chicago. Will you help Peace Action reach them?

Peace Action needs to raise $1,000 dollars for a Facebook ad campaign which will target Facebook users who are concerned about peace, racial justice, immigrant and labor rights.

The Facebook ad campaign will run for 10 days. Facebook ads are a social networking tool that can pinpoint Facebook users who have indicated that peace and justice is a priority issue. Help us reach them.

Our objective is to build participation in the Counter-Summit for Peace and Economic Justice

The counter-summit is one of the initiatives of Peace Action and, our allies, to support local organizers and increase their skill and capacity to build a grassroots movement to move the money from wars and weapons to fund our communities and diplomacy.

Help thousands of peace activists find out about this improtant event and help build an alternative to militarism and war.

A new peace and justice movement is rising!

Power to the Peaceful,

Judith LeBlanc Field Director Peace Action
