Support Govenor's Veto of RJA Repeal - SB 416

As you know, the NC Senate approved a bill from the House that essentially repeals the Racial Justice Act - SB 416.  The bill was sent to Governor Perdue's desk last week and could be vetoed any day!

We need your help!  Five of the Democrats in the House of Representative sided with those who say that 20 years of discrimination against African American jurors is no longer enough to prove racial discrimination in death penalty cases. 

You know that's wrong, and it guts the Racial Justice Act!
