The Shriver Center is pleased to announce its calendar of National Training Programs for 2012. These programs, which will be offered in various locations across the country and online, address a range of advocacy, management, and leadership skills that legal aid lawyers and staff need to successfully represent their clients.
With its recent acquisition of the Center for Legal Aid Education, the Shriver Center is expanding its capacity to provide training and leadership development programs designed to help legal aid attorneys and other advocates obtain justice for their clients. The addition of training to our existing programs, including publication of Clearinghouse Review: Journal of Poverty Law and Policy, creates new opportunities for advocates to share best practices and collaborate with one another to improve the lives of low-income people.
The National Training Programs calendar follows. A printable version of the calendar in PDF format is also available. Special discounts on training courses are available to Clearinghouse Review subscribers. Register early to receive substantially discounted rates!
