My faith as an Unitarian Universalist calls me to stand up in the face of injustice and to work for peace. I know that you are also a person of faith and have the courage to stand up for Darfur. As a candidate, you promised "unstinting resolve" to end the genocide in Darfur. I urge you to keep that promise by making Darfur a priority from day one of your term to achieve: Protection of civilians from violence, starvation and disease; Sustainable peace for all Sudan; Justice for victims and accountability for perpetrators.
