Each day, countless bisexual, gay, lesbian and transgender (BGLT) people go to work and leave a part of themselves behind. No one should have to fear losing a job, being overlooked for promotions, or facing harassment because of their identity.

In 29 states, it remains legal to discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation and in 38 states to do so based on gender identity or expression. The Employment Non-Discrimination Act would provide basic workplace protections to BGLT Amercians.

No one should face workplace discrimination because of who they are or who they love.

We must act now! Write and call your Members of Congress and ask them to pass the Employment Non-Discrimination Act!
