Saving PA Solar

With over 90 co-sponsors signed on, House Bill 1580 (Ross, R-Chester) is gaining momentum in Harrisburg. Its passage would greatly stabilize Pennsylvania's solar market thereby saving thousands of solar jobs while creating new opportunities for Pennsylvanians to go solar. With much of the energy debate in Harrisburg centering upon the Marcellus Shale, however, we need to raise the profile on HB 1580 even more. Background here, and here.
