Ask Senator Wyden to Change His Ways on Trade

Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR) has supported failed trade policies like the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the World Trade Organization (WTO), making it easier for large corporations to shift jobs from the United States to countries with weaker labor and environmental standards. Oregon has lost an estimated 75,000 jobs under these policies.

The Oregon Fair Trade Campaign has printed 750 signs urging the Senator to oppose harmful trade agreements and to support comprehensive trade reform measures like the TRADE Act.   Each sign represents 100 Oregon families put out of work as a result of bad trade policies.  We will be delivering them to the Senator in early 2010.

Senator Wyden is chair of the powerful Senate Subcommittee on International Trade, so his position on these matters makes a real difference.  Please use the form below to add your name to one of the 750 signs that will be delivered.
